The COLIBRI brand was founded in 1997 and is still one of the leaders in the manufacture of pastry products in the Republic of Moldova.
COLIBRI confectioners are always focused on expanding the assortment, by creating new desserts and improving the existing ones. In 2019, for the first time in Moldova, COLIBRI begins the mass production of two series of premium cakes – mousse-based cakes and NOSTALGIE cakes that contain 100% natural ingredients of high quality.
On 13 January 2020, the company obtained the certificate of food safety management system ISO 22000:2018. This document confirms that all production processes are strictly monitored at every stage – from the purchase of ingredients to the packaging and transportation of pastries in cars equipped with refrigerating chambers.
Our technologists are professionals with a lot of experience in the field, who regularly attend internships and advanced training courses. They are always looking for new combinations and tastes and produce the most beautiful pieces in the art of confectionery.
